Who We Are
Real licensed locksmith. Real flat prices. No bait-and-switch.
Ronnie Tate opened Strip City Locksmith in 2009 after years of watching tourists and locals get fleeced by out-of-state dispatch shops that advertise '$19 lockouts' and charge $400 on-site. Ronnie holds a real Nevada PILB locksmith license, runs a real shop on Fremont, and pays his techs to drive marked trucks — not to upsell at the curb. Sixteen years and 318 five-star reviews later, the flat-rate price you get on the phone is still the price on the invoice.
How We Operate
The number on the phone is the number on the invoice. No surge pricing, no surprise add-ons, no 'shop fees.'
Nevada PILB-LSC-0144 — verify at nvpilb.state.nv.us. The Google-ad 'locksmiths' usually can't say that.
We have a real storefront on Fremont and our techs live in Las Vegas. You're not getting a stranger from out of state.
We pick, we don't drill. If we have to drill, we tell you up front and we replace the lock at no extra labor.
The Crew
Every tech on our crew is licensed, background-checked, and trained personally by Ronnie Tate. No subcontractors. No apprentices sent alone.
